POLICIES & PROCEDURES
1.) GET IN TOUCH
CONGRATULATIONS! Book a Consultation with Che’rir Luxe as soon as possible to check availability and begin booking your date.
PLEASE do not delay if you are interested in Che’rir Luxe services - It is better to be in touch sooner than later. Popular wedding dates, April - November, are often booked 12-24 months in advance due to the high demand of the Stylist creative talents in crafting memorable hair stylings.
It is a good idea to have an accurate headcount for services needed on the Wedding Day prior to drafting your initial Service Contract. Please contact your ladies (Bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, Grandmothers, and other interested members) before submitting a Che’rir Luxe Inquiry.
Important: Che’rir Luxe allows only 1 “Service Contract Amendment or Change” after signing the initial Contract. Availability and existing Bookings on the rescheduled date will determine if “Date Changes” will be approved or declined. So, this is why having a near accurate headcount during the inquiry process is very important, and will alleviate unnecessary stress on your special day.
3.) BOOK YOUR DATE
Dates are reserved with a signed Service Contract sent via text or email and a non-refundable deposit. After paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due day of event. One “Reschedule Credit” is allowed if your event is cancelled. If Che’rir Luxe has to cancel for any emergency reasons, a full refund will be performed for the Client.
Once you have all essential information (accurate headcount of services, locations, times, etc.) provided to Che’rir Luxe and you are ready to officially move forward with booking, please fill out the book consultation form and text Che’rir Luxe 225.610.0696 soon as its sent. Once I have reviewed your inquiry, I will contact you and go over full details. An invoice will be sent to you once the Service Contract is signed and you’re ready to secure the date.
4.) THE WEDDING DAY
Please be ADVISED - if you have a high number of services needed (more than 7) or time constraints at your venue, there is a great possibility that an additional hair Stylist may be needed to insure timely services. Che’rir Luxe is a Proprietorship, I will estimate the amount of hairstyles I can complete within the allotted time for Bridal Party preparations.
Che’rir Luxe will send you a confirmation email several weeks before your wedding to confirm all Wedding Day details, special instructions, and recommendations.
I will arrive at your prep location and will provide flawless styling and quality services for you and your Bridal Party.
BOOKING POLICY:
**Consultation is required before booking**
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure service date. After paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due day of event. If the event is canceled, a credit will be applied to “one” rescheduled date only.
-Service Contract must be signed in order to secure booking date.
-A clean and safe workspace with electrical outlets is required.
-If work space is negatively disturbed, interrupted, or disrespected, all services will be terminated on the day of the event! NO EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS!
-Once hairstyle selection for the event is confirmed, you have 3 weeks before the event to make any last-minute changes.
PAYMENT OPTIONS DAY OF EVENT:
Payment options are CASH, PAYPAL, or SQUARE
Additional Details:
Early Mornings - An early morning start fee of $50.00/Hr will be added for start times earlier than 8:00 am. This fee will be added to your final total after timeline is in place.
Holidays - A Holiday Service Fee of 50% will be added for any weddings booked on major Holidays or Holiday Weekends.
