Thank you for choosing Che’rir Luxe. Please review the following hair and wig order policies carefully before placing an order or booking services. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience for every client.

1.) Hair Purchase Policy

Hair cost is a separate fee from all styling and installation services.

All hair purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE once ordered or purchased.

Exchanges only may be permitted, subject to availability and approval.

Hair must be ordered a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled install or pickup appointment.

Failure to meet the two-week ordering requirement may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.

2.) Wig Construction (Separate Fee)

Wig construction services are priced separately from hair purchases and installation services.

Wig Construction Pricing:

-Machine-Made Wig: $200

-Custom-Made Wig: $250

-Coloring Services: Starting at $150 and up (final price determined after consultation)

-Wig Installation: Starting at $150 and up (priced separately from wig construction)

- Wash, deep condition, blow dry, braid down is included with wig installation service. 

All wig services require prior consultation and approval.

3.) Hair Bundles, Closures & Frontals

Pricing for hair bundles, closures, and frontals varies based on style and availability.

Clients must text 225.610.0696 with a clear photo of the desired style to receive an accurate hair price quote prior to ordering. INVOICE WILL BE SENT FOR ORDERS.

4.) Deposits & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

One (1) reschedule is permitted per deposit.

Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

Deposits are applied toward services only and are not transferable.

5.) Payment Disputes & Service Completion

In the event a service has been completed and payment is refused by the client, and the issue cannot be resolved between the client and stylist, all future services will be immediately terminated.

Any unresolved payment disputes will be handled legally and resolved through the court system.
